Qatari Emir Condemns Unconditional Green Light for Israeli Aggression.

Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has strongly condemned Israel's ongoing aggression targeting civilians in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.

The Qatari Emir made his remarks today during the opening speech at the Shura council's annual session, stressing that Israel should not be granted a green light for its crimes in the besieged Gaza Strip.

'It is untenable for Israel to be given an unconditional green light and free licence to kill, nor it is tenable to continue ignoring the reality of occupation, siege and settlement,' he said.

He also condemned the killing of innocent civilians on both sides, but condemned the international community's double standard when it comes to ignoring Israel's war crimes and their failure to find a solution to the ongoing aggression.

He accused the international community of acting as if 'Palestinian children's lives are not worth to be reckoned with, as though they are faceless or nameless.'
